Is it possible to convert a wall mount light to plug into an outlet?

I have a High Pressure Sodium light that I want to use as a Grow Light. The problem is that it is wall mount only so I can't plug it in. There are two wires that come out of the back and I was wondering if it is possible to buy something that would convert it to an outlet plug.

What you need to do is to find an old device that you don't use and cut its plug with its wire, then get your light and trace its wire to the inside and unscrew the terminals, then attach the new wire following the same color pattern.
