Start Adjustable Grow

I'm an aspiring boxer w/ big aspirations, how should I start training?
I'm aspiring to be a boxer who's a senior in high school. I have big, big aspirations for this, and i plan to put my whole heart into this. im 5'8" 161lbs with some more room to grow, and i want to fight at 147lbs, welterweight limit. Now, I know the most suggested thing is to join a gym; i plan to do so, but i would like to do some basic training at home so that im more prepared and conditioned when i join the local gym here. at home, the only weights i have are two adjustable dumbells, and 2 other dumbells that are 5pounds each. i also have some different size gloves, bodyblade, and a pull-up bar. please dont tell me to buy any equipment; i just want to work with what i got. anyway, how should i start out? what exercises should i do? how long should these exercises be? how many times should i workout a week? what kind of diet should i follow? serious answers are well appreciated; thanks.
The best thing to do is to go run and shadowbox with ur 5 pound weights.
