Grow Lights Ballast
Good plants for indoor produce?
I have a 250W hid ballast that can work with either MH or HPS. I'm looking to do some indoor gardening as a hobbie and growing my own veggies or fruit could be quite fun (though I understand there is a lot of work involved).
I'm wondering what, if any, flowers or veggies I could get produce from year around. Even if it meant destroying the old plants and starting over. I just would like something I could get enjoyment out of quite regularly. (considering flowers if produce is out of the question).
