4 wheelers are taring up the sides of our street,what do I do?

I live on a fairly busy street,no red light or nothing,40 mh.Recently dot put dirt,grass seed,and hay on the sides of our road because of about 2 foot drop off.The hodlums have now put pivots and deep tire tracks in our freshly grown grass,and now there is red mud tracks.This is really imature and recklace.

call to local law enforcment and if that dont work put a railroad tie out there and they will hit it damage their atv and get the point
