Can I grow jute in Maryland and where can I get seeds?

I would love to grow jute but I don't know if the climate is right. Can I grow it indoors? I have this weird lighted shelf that the people that lived in my house before me started seeds with. And can I get seeds anywhere. I tried searching it and I just got every other kind of seed packaged in jute bags.

Jut is made from tropical and subtropical annual Corchorus species. Its a commercial crop seed that is not often sold in small amounts.
