1 six line wrasse
Is this overstocked or is it fine
also they will be introduded in this order to the tank:
1.inverts
2.treema goby
3.catalina goby
4. firefish
5.six line wrasse
6.chalk bass and the purple dottyback(introduced at same time)Is this ok?

Your fish list and over all plan for your tank sounds fine to me and you have either done a lot of research or had good help from someone but there are several important areas you did not mention. What type of filtration system do you have for this tank? Is it a wet/dry system or an outside power filter? Is your tank brand new or fully cycled? Marine fish are much more sensitive to ammonia and nitrite chemical wastes than goldfish or tropical fish so you should have an excellent understanding of basic fish keeping before attempting to keep a salt water tank.
If you do have a good understanding of the nitrogen cycle and have the salt water test kits to do your own water tests, then you can start with the 40 lbs. of live rock and after a week or two when the water tests show zero ppm of ammonia or nitrites, you can add the hermit crabs and snails. If these survive the next week and your water tests are zero again for ammonia and nitrites, then you can add the first fish.
Much of your success will be determined by the quality of the live rock you get. Are you planning on using an additional substrate like crushed coral or coral sand? A bare bottom tank is fine for a 30 gallon tank with 40 lbs. of live rock but a little bit of substrate is not a bad idea either.
Creating a water current with a power head is a good way to increase the oxygen level and prevent cold spots or dead pockets in the tank. A power head should not replace a filtration system but can supplement or compliment one. It does not need to be used with an undergravel system and because it is submersible, you can place it anywhere in the tank. A piece of nylon stocking material over the intake basket will prevent small creatures from getting sucked up into the rotor. Secure it with a plastic twist tie or cable tie as rubber bands will eventually dissolve in salt water.
